James 2:18-22



Isaiah 60:1-3/8/15_22 -- great things happen by encounter with light and walking in the same. Its great things that humble unbeliever. 100 says of fasting will not be equal to one striking light from heaven.


Isaiah 11:9 Jeremiah 31:34 -- these days are the days of outbreak of light. They are days of walking majestically in the light.


The faith that work is love driven faith

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 -- the efficacy of faith lirs in our heart for God Matthew 22:36-40 -- every word of God deliver on a priority love for God. Its behind all spiritual virtue in the kingdom.


Mark 10:27/9:23 -- faith empower believer to live above all impossibility. Faith is the answer to human impossibilities. But faith will only delivers to the level of our love for God Galatians 5:6 -- our love for God is what determines the limit that our faith can deliver. Our love for God is the catalyst of our faith. All high fliers in the kingdom are true lovers of God 1 Corinthians 2:9


Luke 18:8 Matthew 24:12 --- two things shall come under heavy attacks in this end time ; faith and love. When love wax cold, faith becomes impotent. We have a task to jealously guard our heart for God John 15:15 -- love is the cord of friendship. If you don't believe, you cant have His hand Isaiah 53:1/ 2 Corinthians 13:5 1 John 5:4



What is love for God?

1. The most valid proof of our love for God is delightsome obedience of the believer John 14:21 Luke 6:46 James 1:22 Deuteronomy 28:1 -- if your obedience is intact, your faith will everly deliver. 2 Corinthians 8:8 -- there is a doing that authenticate the sincerity of our love. To be full of lobe is to be filled with all the fullness of God which make the believer an impossible case for the devil --- Ephesians 3:17-19 -- love is a growing virtue, its not a state. As we continue to grow in our love, we are filled with the divine nature content of God. That is what makes the realm of real love for God, the realm of no limit.

You command the supernatural at will when you are full of love


Love driven faith never fails because love never fails 2 Corinthians 13:8. Love driven faith never return defeated from battle.


Example of love driven faith

1. What drove David to Goliath is not any rewards or returns from the King. A man with a heart for God will always return triumphant from battle 1 Samuel 17:32-51. Whatever stands between you and your love for God is a strategy of the enemy to keep you defeated. Your love for God is absolutely for your own benefits. Not to the benefits of the church or the one who brought you to #christ

2. 3 Hebrew boy Song of Solomon 8:6 Daniel 3:17/28-29 --- their love for God caused their faith to come alive. All provision of the kingdom delivers on the love for God 1 Corinthians 12:31

3. Paul the Apostle - A man with an unchecked heart for God Romans 8:35-37 2 Corinthians 11:25-28 Acts 14:11/19-21/28:5 Philippians 1:23 Philimon 1:9 2 Timothy 4:7-8 -- the adventure of faith is an adventure in love Romans 8:28 -- lovers of God don't beg.

Because love never fail, the faith of a true lover never fails. Love God as your God through a raw commitment to a delightsome obedience John 21:15-17. Where your heart is where your treasure is Matthew 6:21

Understanding the Faith that Works

Faith is the substance or life of redemption. Its what gives life to Christianity Acts 6:7. When faith is off, redemption has no effect. Faith is the very heart of redemption.

By faith we are saved, stand, healed and live Ephesians 2:8 Galatians 3:11 Luke 8:48 1 John 5:4 --- faith is a lifestyle, not a cash and carry kind of system. Psalms 125:1-3 -- faith is our defence, preservation and protection. Its the mustery behind exploits in all spheres of life Hebrews 11:33-34


Faith is the baseline, its fundamental to fulfilling God's purpose for our lives 2 Peter 1:5-11

Faith is imperfect without corresponding action to back up what one claims to believe James 2:18-24


1. The faith that works is a Revelation fired faith --- faith that anchors on the word of God on the subject matter

What is Revelation ?

Revelation is being able to see what God is saying Isaiah:1 -- what you can see with the eye of your spirit, unto you will i give it John 20:24-29 Ephesians 1:17-18 Psalms 119:105 John 1:12.

The quality of a man's life is according to what the man see in the scripture John 1:12 Matthew 4:4 -- he naturally believes and supernaturally becomes it. Revelation is the spiritual understanding of the truth on any subject Acts 4:20 -- nothing emboldens a believer like being able to see the reality of his future from the pages of the scriptures --- Colossians 1:9 Deuteronomy 29:29 36:9 -- what He did not reveals, we can not receive. Its not the rigour of our study bit what we are qualify to access by lining up with His terms. Nobody life in the kingdom can be worth anymore than he sees.


Path for Revelation

1. Be born again and remain so Mark 4:11 -- we must ensure that our salvation is authentic Matthew 7:20
2. Have a heart for God , stay in love with God John 15:15 -- you gain access to revelation when you are genuinely in love with God 1 Corinthians 2:9-10. A heart for God gives you access to know what are beyond your generations Amon 3:7
3. Live in the fear of God Psalms 25:14 Genesis 42:18/41:31-34 --- the fear of God leads us into things bigger and greater than our natural capability.
4. Engage in topical study of the word 1 Timothy 2:13/15 --- topical study is the wisest way to get answer to what you are lookong for.
5. Be committed to the ministry of Philips sent your way -- there are light bearers sent your way Acts 8:28-30 (Isaiah 53), identify them and engage with the ways of God they knows. Daniel 9:2/10:1-12 -- revelation grows by quest to know Hebrews 13:7

6. Be committed to meditating on the word. Meditation helps us understand Psalms 119:97-100 1 Timothy 2:15
7. Engage the ministry of the Holy Spirit for continuous access John 14:26 -- He does not only teach us, He also brungs to our remembrance when required John 16:12-14 1 Corinthians 2:10
8. Engage the prayer of enquiry for access Jeremiah 33:3 Psalms 119:18
9. Engage in prayers ans fasting for access Matthew 17:21 2 Corinthians 4:4 -- we engage in prayers and fasting to blast the blindfolding steel of the devil Isaiah 58:6/8/10
10. Be committed in walking i the Spirit Revelation 1:10 -- it takes man of the spirit to hear what the Spirit of God is saying.
11. Rejoice always 12:3 Philippians 4:4 -- depression is the strategy of the devil to rob us Psalms 42:5 -- being cast down is a devise of the devil to keep the believer down Jeremiah 15:16

The Power of Expectation in Service

Text : Hebrews 11:6


To expect His rewards is a covenant sense. Its important that you must expect His rewards. What you dont expect, God does not respect nor manifest.

You must know that His rewards are always new Isaiah 43:19/42:9 -- even if the hings seems impossible, God is a God that specialises in doing the impossible.


What is Expectation?


1. Its a firm believe that so something good will happen the contrary situation notwithstanding Romans 4:17-18/19
2. Its a spiritual womb for every manifestation in your life Romans 8:19
3. Its a spiritual catalyst for heaven's intervention Acts 3:1-8
4. Its seeing the invisible so as to command the impossible Jeremiah 1:11-12 (see well and you will move with speed) Genesis 13:14-15



Anything you see or hear fron God, all you do is to expect it.


How Powerful is my Exprctaion ?


Please know that expectation is not a thing of the head.

1. When your Expectation is alive, you will have a reward Proverbs 24:13-14
2. Expectation will always have a favourable end Proverbs 23:18



Examples

1. Hezekiah - Your expectation must be powered with a strong reason Isaiah 38:5 --- strong reason makes expectation to be powerful.
2. Abraham - Your expectation must be rooted in the word Romans 4:17
3. The man sick of palsy - Your expectation must be accompanied by action Mark 2:2-4 -- stary behaving that the answer has come.
