*CAN A CHRISTIAN DRINK ALCOHOL?*

When a European Airline was initially launched, an educated Christian gentleman was traveling in the first class section.
An air hostess approached him with a complimentary drink, this was an alcoholic drink, but the man politely refused.
The air hostess returned but this time brought the drink on a platter, designed to appeal and impress. However, the Christian man again politely refused, explaining he doesn't drink alcohol.
The air hostess was concerned and informed the manager. The manager approached the man with another platter, now designed with flowers. He questioned, “Is there something wrong with our service? Please enjoy the drink, it is a complimentary offer.”
The man replied, “I am a Christian and I do not drink alcohol? The manager still insisted that the man take the drink. Then, the Christian proposed that the manager should give the drink to the pilot first. The manager stated, “How can the pilot drink alcohol, he’s on duty! And if he drinks there are all chances for the plane to crash”.
The Christian passenger with tears in his eyes, replied, *“I am a Christian and I am ALWAYS on duty in order to protect my salvation and if I Drink Alcohol I will crash my whole life here and hereafter. I AM 100% ON DUTY!"*
Maybe yours might not be an alcohol, it may be casual sex, battling with how to control your anger, Pride, profane and vain babblings, your dressing , your attitude towards people and finally not sharing the Word.
Do you know that souls are dying because of those reckless behaviours of yours?

💥You need openness of heart too. That is, do not be set in your own ways like concrete; be willing to adjust to God's instructions, if they contradict your actions (Matthew. 18:3-4). Keep a sensitive heart – a tender heart before God (2 Chronicles. 16:9). Allow God to direct your path, for He knows it better than you. A man's heart deviseth his way: but the Lord directeth his steps. (Proverbs 16:9 KJV). You can maintain sensitivity of heart by developing a consistent pattern of Scripture reading, thus immersing your spirit in the Word of God. When you commune with the Holy Spirit, especially by praying in the Holy Ghost (Jude 1:20 KJV), you get accustomed to Him.

*Worship/Praise*

💯In addition, worship and praise must become your life style, if you must enjoy constant direction. God inhabits the praises of His people (Psalms. 22:3). Thus, His voice of direction will come very clearly to you when you give Him the venison His heart loves.

The Spirit of Dedication - John 10:17-19

He empowers us to lay down the impossible in the pursuit of God 2 Corinthians 8:1-3 ---- Power is required to stay dedicated to God.


Dedication is deadly commitment to God and the interest of His Kingdom on the earth Philippians 1:21. This is the mystery of the rise of giants in the Kingdom -- Isaiah 51:1-3 ---- No matter where you are under Heaven, genuine dedication will distinguish you.

Dedication is all about willingly making one's life a seed unto God John 12:24 Psalms 22:30


No seed can be dedicated to the earth and still be molested by the bird of the air Luke 8:5. To be planted is to secures one's destiny. Its to be protected from all satanic assaults in the case of the 3 Hebrew boys --- Daniel 3:17-28 (their body were yielded) Philippians 4:4/1:15-18 (yea, I will rejoice) ---- Dedication helps us to overcome the insult and mockeries of men in order to arrive at our destination. Mockery is to disconnect you from your destiny.


2 Corinthians 6:1-10 --- There must a deafness to negative human feelings in order to be dedicated to God

No seed can be planted on behalf of another to the earth Mark 4:31-32 Daniel 5:11. No believer can be dedicated to God on Behr of another --- John 12:24-26 (a corn, not corns) Romans 14:12 Ezekiel 18:20 --- Let's take heed to ourselves as individual. You can't be dedicated to God and not know Galatians 2:20. Take cover under God, life is a risk without God 1 Corinthians 9:16-17

No one can secure and maintain His dedication to God without the Spirit of Dedication John 10:18 Genesis 22:5-8 --- Dedication is a test to pass. Dedication has a place for you if you create room for it.


Why do I need the Spirit of Dedication?


1. Empowers us to keep Isaiah 42:1-4 --- The Spirit of Dedication keeps you going in season and out of season. It makes you to faint not. He empowers you to live above fainting. The mission of this Spirit is to keep me going for life Acts 26:22/10:38. A choice is not enough, the choice must be powered. The choice is important bit cannot stand the test of time, we need to be empowered . Fainting robs you of your rewards Galatians 6:9
2. Keeps our passion for God and the interest of His Kingdom ever burning. We need passion for motion Haggai 1:14 -- There is a stirring up that the Spirit of Dedication does Acts 5:41-42
3. Engraces us with patience which secures reward in our stewardship Hebrews 6:12 --- Faith minus patience will fail, never time God -- Philippians 2:5 -- There is a process, we need patience
4. He turns the giants in us lose but in phases. He takes us there little by little Job 8:7/14:7-9 ---- Your case case never be hopeless, my change is coming because God never lies Job 14:14
5. He secures honour for us in our stewardship 1 Samuel 2:30 Exodus 23:25-26 --- We do not beg to be blessed, we served to be blessed. We do not beg to be promoted. We do not beg to be honoured John12:. We do not beg to be Enthrones, we serve our way to enthronement. We do not beg for breakthrough in the kingdom Luke 5:5-6. We do not cry to prosper Job 36:11. We do not beg to be healed, we serve our way to be fit and healthy John 15:2 Proverbs 14:17. We do not beg to be favoured, we serve our way into favour Psalms 102:13-15 / 44:3 zzz Skill will never replace favour. We do not beg to be free from the oppression of the devil, we Exodus 4:23. We do not beg to be free from generational curses, we serve our ways to blessings exodus 23:8/20 --- When you are dedicated to God , He clears your opposition without your permission.
